An oil on canvas painting titled Breezy Day Antrim Coast by listed Irish painter Maurice Canning Wilks, (1910–1984). This landscape painting details a scene of the Antrim Coast located in northern Ireland. The tide nestles on the rocky shore beneath the expansive clear blue sky. The painting is signed to the lower right and the title is written to reverse of canvas. The piece is housed in a classical carved wooden frame.

​An oil on canvas landscape painting by well-listed American artist Albert Ernest Backus (Florida; 1906 – 1990). This untitled folk art painting displays a clear blue ocean in the background as a bright red tree and tall palm trees decorated the foreground. The painting is signed by hand in paint to the lower right, presented in gold-tone frame with moulded details and hanging wire on verso. 
Backus is best known among collectors as being one of the most influential artists of the mid-century group of African-American male folk art painters The Highwaymen,who prolifically created paintings of their Floridian surroundings and sold the works out of their cars.

A 1959 oil on board landscape painting, inscribed to the verso with an attribution reading, “C. Burchfield for H. Keller”. The painting depicts a large cypress tree standing against a cloudy sky at water’s edge. The vibrant painting is presented in a black painted wooden frame with hanging wire on verso.

An Earl Cunningham (American, 1893–1977) folk art oil on board. The bayou river scene is dominated by large fields of yellows, greens, and browns. Large steamboats navigate the twisting river networks around small homes. The work displays a painted signature at lower right and is unframed. Earl Cunningham is a twentieth-century folk artist, best known for his landscape scenes of the Eastern United States with comical incongruous details.

A Clyde Singer (American, 1908-1999) oil on canvas portrait. The artwork features a young woman with pale skin, red hair, and a simple mauve colored dress. She rests her arm upon a rustic wooden desk and is seated in front of a mottled green background. The work is unframed. Carl Singer is an listed Ohio-born artist renown for his extensive scenes of rural and urban in Ohio.

An 1963 oil portrait painting on canvas by listed American artist, Emerson Burkhart (1907 – 1969). This original piece depicts a seated young woman with auburn waves and a blue and white bathing suit to the foreground and a seascape scene in the distance.  
 Emerson Burkhart studied at Ohio Wesleyan University and then moved to New York City to study at the Art Student’s League.  Later he moved to Columbus, Ohio and was one of the first members of the Ohio Art League.  Known as an American Scene painter, over his career he used impressionist, post-impressionist, and realist styles in his work. He was known to create work showing disdain for excess and the progression as a disposable society, but also known for his portraits, city scenes of Columbus OH, and harbor seascapes.

A Modern Haitian oil painting on panel by listed artist Jacques Enguerrand-Gourgue, (Port-au-Prince, 1930-1996). This painting portrays vases extending to subliminal flowing branches which frame the piece, layered over geometrical and curvilinear forms. The painting features a diverse color scheme of green, red, plum, yellow, burnt orange and brown with detailed shading over a black backdrop. 
Jacques Enguerrand-Gourgue is hailed as one of Haiti’s most esteemed painters during the 20th century. Greatly influenced by Pablo Picasso, he utilized glimpses of rural Haitian life, religion and folklore in the form of surrealism and naive art.
